Why You’ll Love It

This retreat is designed to nourish your whole being. We’re nestled in a serene natural environment with clean air, gentle breezes, and spring-like weather year-round—an ideal setting for deep rest and renewal.

Tucked within a small, authentic Tico village and far from crowded tourist routes, you’ll experience a peaceful, grounded way of life that supports true restoration.

Our meals are thoughtfully prepared with ingredients harvested from the land—often picked just moments before they reach your plate. We use high-quality kitchen equipment and intentional food practices to honor your health and provide meals that feel energizing, wholesome, and deeply nourishing.

With more than two decades of combined experience holding space for both intimate and large gatherings, the land stewards bring a level of care, professionalism, and presence that helps you feel held, safe, and supported throughout your stay.

This retreat is an invitation to step into a more holistic way of living—one where rest, nourishment, nature, and cultural connection come together. It’s a true vacation for your mind, body, and spirit.

The Retreat Center

This retreat is hosted at Finca Mālama, a newly opened wellness sanctuary in San Vito, Costa Rica. The property blends an organic farm, a working homestead, and a nature-based healing environment designed to support your wellness goals.
